sooo… this bill is being introduced, because an ex-offender was working at a fair booth and interacting with a young girl; A customer or possibly his own daughter? Personally I think the cop was jealous, but this doesn’t seem like grounds for new legislation to me. Now, if a gang of RSO’s were running around the fair in trench coats flashing everyone they might have a problem that needs to be dealt with. But this “What if?” nonsense is ridiculous. Get a grip people!

So what’s next an S.O. will be told he/she can not ride on a bus? Or will it be the registrant will be allowed to only ride in the back of the bus!

I think that all the good sex offender bills have already been taken so legislators have to resort to these ridiculous ones. (also like this one that says RSOs cannot receive lottery winnings) It seems to be a “rite of passage” now for all politicians to “take a shot at the RSOs.” (sarcasm definitely intended!)
