A registered sex offender filed a federal lawsuit last week against the city of Grover Beach challenging an ordinance that makes it a crime for sex offenders to set up residency in most of the city. The law suit is the first filed against a city since the California Supreme Court’s decision declared such restrictions unconstitutional. Full Article

You go Frank!!! This is going to be really interesting. They should have heard of you as a plaintiff challenging these lawless laws way before this, and if they haven’t, they soon will. The comments section tells me that there are still allot of ignorant people out there; and also that the tide is turning.
Perhaps if they would stop calling us “Sex Offenders” people would stop reacting. Read those comments and you would think he is churning out victims weekly. We are doing such a good job in this country when it comes to curtailing labeling people why can’t we stop being branded?
