OAKLEY — Just days after a judge ruled that a sexually violent child predator would be allowed to move into a home on the 2500 block of Dutch Slough Road, the landlord who owns the property has now decided he doesn’t want a convicted child molester living on his property. Full Article

Well, I’m not sure how to respond to this. I guess the owner has this right. He owns the property and people can’t tell him what to do. Now, if this was a one time thing or ect, what’s the big deal. I would imagine this individuals status as a violent offender and the media exposure probably scared the landlord. I mean, if I owned the property, I would be scared about s media backlash ect. This is again the result of the man being put on the registry. He would have been better off as a bank robber/gang member or even being released secondary to murder, since he wouldn’t be on the registry. It’s sad to say, but the truth
