Eligible to petition?

I guess that’s a tiny step in the right direction.

Although it should be they will just be removed from the registry without any work

And the Constitution and Bill of Rights? Herein lies the problem; these people wish to further skirt the birthrights contained in these two documents for the sake of a what if scenario.
