This is the analysis of an individual case. It shows that the common sense of painting everyone with the same broad brush is stupid.
If each individual is charged separately and has a different set of circumstances then why on earth would they ALL have the same punishment?
The list only exists for political manipulation and public shaming. Nothing more.
