After a federal judge struck down part of North Carolina’s law restricting the activities of registered sex offenders, Sen. Buck Newton, R-Wilson, on Thursday rolled out a new version of the law he said would address the judge’s concerns. Full Article

It is evident that his twice criticisms of the efforts of Attorney General Roy Cooper, the Democratic candidate for governor, for his office’s defense of the law is Patently False & simply demonstrates his efforts to increase his personal power & position in this great nation.

But didn’t charge him cause they felt he had suffered enough. Then Jessicas 19 year old brother Joshua was charged with two felony counts of sexual abuse against a 14 year old girl. Daddy Mark fought to keep his son off the sex offender registry which he suceeded. While he pushed it on others. Its seems Buck Newton either doesn’t know this or just ignores it
