Oregon is the most supportive for RCs. As soon as my wife gets her schooling done we will be moving there. I suggest all RCs should move there to help keep out the California Hysteria moms,

Whooa….a lifetime sentence for a serial masturbator on the lose in Oregon!
Judge: You just did your last stroke……3 strokes you’re out!

And best not to bring up the mental stuff in case Oregon decided to copy 20 other states that do civil commitment of sex offenders and they won’t let you go until a shrink decides you’re cured which could mean a looooong time.
