Yes, it is indeed a complex matter deserving more than the simplistic solution used here in the U.S.

Ahh, risk assessment. Would that we had that here…

All in all, some rational thought put to the matter…now if only some of that could be imported!

Don’t pack your bags yet, all she said was it requires more thought. Also Our Federal Government hasn’t
offered Incentives yet.
