My husband’s habeas corpus has been filed with a motion to enforce plea agreement. Applying the Muniz Case, Reed, Gilbert, Shawn Christopher Williams, Person, etc.
I will keep you up to date.
Also his failure to register case sounds like it will be dismissed next week. Details will be provided next week.

My husband looked up Fick on Megans Law page and even though he was sentenced to NO SORNA requirements DUE TO MUNUZ. PSP has mandaded him to register!!!!
