OH: Child flashers will have to register as sex offenders

The Ohio House voted 80-0 for a bill that steps up penalties for people who masturbate in view of or expose themselves to children. These kiddie flashers would be required to register as tier 1 sex offenders for 15 years. Full Article

i am not a fan of public wankers, but, would it not make more sense to put this guy into mandatory phych treatment? Why do we need another stupid law. This Schaffer guy is a wanker also.

Another non-violent, non-contact offense added to the registry! How would this even be a future deterrent to prevent another individual from doing the same thing? It won’t! Like Brain above said, this guy needs intervention and behavioral therapy, not his life ruined on the list because he can’t keep his gun holstered.
