Yep, their civil rights which are the same ones guaranteed to you even after you have done your time and paid your debt to society, if and when you should commit a crime. Their rights are no less or more than yours Mr and Mrs Politician. Learn the facts, see the data and understand it from a level head, not an emotional mind. Your children are not more safe in the arms of a parent or someone else they know since those are the very people (~90-95% study dependent) who will commit the crime against the children. Read what the CASOMB in Sacramento has published before saying the sky is falling on your fair city.

Translation:

We’re not giving up yet. Meetings with higher officials will be about educating residents publicly, but privately, we’re really going to see if we can devise further ways to screw rso’s (legal rape).

Seriously, a good metaphor for government is date rape. Their words are roofies. Next thing you know, you’re waking up in a strange place, hair and clothes disheveled, feeling violated… Used and even robbed.
