This week, stories of people being threatened and punished with public shame. Including the story of someone who was literally tarred and feathered. It happened a lot more recently than you’d guess. Radio Show

You know, this is considered cruel and unusual punishment, but given a choice, I would have suffered this for a day and then left town, in place of being on the limetime registry and never being off the shaming list.
